The health of the people who live near a clandestine dump can be affected when they are not collected they can remain in the generation sites or spread, with negative effects such as: clogging drains and water courses (with potential risks of flooding), contaminating water bodies and soils, deteriorate the landscape or become a source of potential diseases for the population, among others (UN-HABITAT, 2010) [6]; Since the chemicals in some of the founded elements are serious, however, according to the environmental specialist Carmen Muñoz ”Open-air dumps are one of the main generators of effects on the environment and come from the little consideration of people for the correct reduction of their waste” [7], Well, this is measured based on the time that the planet can process this waste; some examples are: cleaners, batteries, vehicle fluids, lead, mercury, etc…, since these same ones are absorbed by the earth that causes more contamination of the soil. “The World Bank estimates that more than a billion tons of waste in landfills will increase as the population grows.” Mention ECD newspaper.
