Each year, 23 millions of metric tons of plastic garbage is thrown to the sea” (Gregori, 2022). A huge problem that causes this number are the disposable plastics. Restaurants and consumers contribute to this because in many places they are still being used ignoring the consequences they bring. Therefore, laws must be created to decrease its use, raising awareness in the population, encouraging to reduce its use, also involving the consumer to recycle and the government to create more recycling places.
