“Unplanned infrastructure development protrudes the aerial perimeter of exotic birds, such as the native Echo Parakeet (a.k.a La Grosse Cateau Verte) which forages regularly in the early morning and in the late afternoon. Barbaric urban development is obtrusive. It hinders the contemplation of scenic views of wildlife, landscapes and magnificent sunsets.”
